Tuna Salmon Hamachi Don
Tuna Salmon Hamachi Don is one of many selections of Kitaya's sushi donburi. From basic Chirashi to premium Uni or Ootoro don, all of our sushi donburis are prepared with fresh-cut sashimi on top of traditional sushi rice.
Ms Kyoto
Our Ms Kyoto soft served ice cream is topped with mochi balls, homemade Kitaya jelly, pocky sticks, and a sprinkle of walnuts. This ice cream is served on a layer of corn flakes and more homemade Kitaya jelly. Customers can choose from Matcha, Hojicha, or twist flavours.
Egg Pudding Croffle
Our Egg Pudding Croffle is a Japanese egg pudding served on a croffle, topped off with icing sugar. We were among the first restaurants in Toronto to serve Japanese croffles. They're a cross between a croissant and a waffle. We then create one-of-a-kind and delicious toppings to complement the croffle.
About Us
Kitaya Takeout is a Toronto-based Japanese takeout restaurant. We offer fresh sashimi, sushi, donburi, udon, and an assortment of Japanese desserts. We opened our doors for the first time during the third wave of the Covid-19 pandemic. Since then, we've continued to expand our selection of authentic Japanese dishes and desserts.
